Where to buy Cagrilintide in the UK: no licensed source exists, and the sellers with a verifiable COA
Cagrilintide is Novo Nordisk's amylin analogue. It is not approved in any country, alone or combined with semaglutide as CagriSema, so no UK pharmacy can sell it and every vial on offer is unlicensed research material. If you are buying it anyway, the only thing you can check is the certificate: the newest verifiable Cagrilintide certificate on any UK seller's website is on Peptology Labs (peptologylabs.uk), analysed 4 Sep 2026 (task #229652 on Janoshik's site); 4 verified sellers hold one covering Cagrilintide, listed newest first below. It is an investigational compound not licensed for sale or prescription in the UK, not a research peptide, so it sits in a tighter legal category The Peptide Watch does not list vendors for and does not endorse buying outside a prescription.
Why this matters more, not less, for Cagrilintide
Grey-market Cagrilintide is among the most faked compounds sold to UK buyers, and a vial that is under-dosed, the wrong compound, or contaminated cannot be judged by sight, price or packaging. The only objective evidence is an independent certificate you can verify. Learn the two-minute check in how to verify a Janoshik COA.

Audit findings, not recommendations. Every entry is a report covering Cagrilintide that we opened on Janoshik's own site and that names the seller itself as the client; the date is the analysis date printed on the report where we have read it, otherwise the date the laboratory received the sample. The table below is the same ledger in full, so the two always agree. Not exhaustive: a vendor whose Cagrilintide report we have not yet read is not listed.
The 6 verifiable Cagrilintide certificates we have read, newest first
Each row was opened on Janoshik's own site by a real page load and transcribed. The client column is the name the laboratory printed; a certificate counts as a seller's own only when that name is the seller. The report date is the analysis date printed on the report where we have read it, otherwise the date the laboratory received the sample. The verify link opens the laboratory, never the shop. Audit findings, not recommendations.

What the 6 Cagrilintide certificates show
We have read 6 Janoshik reports covering Cagrilintide, published by 4 UK sellers. Each was opened on Janoshik's own website. All 6 name the seller itself as the client. 4 of the 6 are dated within the last six months. The newest is dated 4 Sep 2026 and the oldest 13 Nov 2025.
4 of the reports give a purity figure for Cagrilintide. The figures run from 99.446% to 99.906%, and all 4 are at 99% or above. 2 reports test for heavy metals or endotoxins instead. A purity figure describes the sample the laboratory received, not every vial from that batch.
Read directly from the newest reports: Peptology Labs: task #229652, sample received 4 Sep 2026, 9.53 mg recovered at 99.906%, client PEPTOLOGY LABS LTD; BioVanta Research: task #153888, analysed 25 May 2026, 4.94 mg recovered at 99.735%, client Biovanta Research; Clinicore: task #99970, analysed 16 Jan 2026, 5.62 mg recovered at 99.446%, client clinicore.
A certificate is a batch document. The lines that matter are the compound (it must say Cagrilintide, not only a batch code), the client (the shop, not its supplier) and the analysis date. A new batch is untested until a new report appears.
Questions people ask
Which UK sellers publish a verifiable Janoshik certificate naming Cagrilintide?
As of 4 October 2026, 4: Peptology Labs, BioVanta Research, Clinicore, Xlpeptides. Each has a report on Janoshik's own website that names the seller as the client and lists Cagrilintide. That is a statement about paperwork, not a recommendation; The Peptide Watch does not recommend anywhere to buy Cagrilintide.
How recent is the newest Cagrilintide certificate from a UK seller?
The newest we have read is Janoshik task #229652, sample received 4 Sep 2026. It is published by Peptology Labs and names it as the client. A certificate covers one batch, so an old one says little about stock on sale today.
How do I check that a certificate for Cagrilintide is genuine?
Four things: an independent laboratory is named; the client field names the seller you are buying from, not a supplier; the compound line says Cagrilintide; and the report's task number and key open the same report on the laboratory's own website (verify.janoshik.com). A branded PDF with no laboratory name and no verification code fails on the first check, however professional it looks. The free COA Checker on this site runs the checks for you.
Is Cagrilintide licensed in the UK?
Cagrilintide is Novo Nordisk's amylin analogue. It is not approved in any country, alone or combined with semaglutide as CagriSema, so no UK pharmacy can sell it and every vial on offer is unlicensed research material. The Peptide Watch does not rank or recommend anywhere to buy it, and does not give legal or medical advice.
Why does The Peptide Watch not say where to buy Cagrilintide?
Because the site records paperwork, not recommendations. A verifiable certificate proves that a sample of one batch was tested. It does not prove the vial you receive matches it, and it says nothing about whether you should buy an unlicensed medicine at all. Listing which sellers publish a certificate you can check, and which publish nothing, is as far as the evidence goes.

The market for Cagrilintide in the UK
Companies. 5 of the 15 can be matched to a Companies House record; the median company is 6 months old and 4 were incorporated within the last year. A seller with no traceable company is not necessarily dishonest, but there is nobody to hold to its certificate.
Reviews. 1 of the 15 have a Trustpilot profile with a score; the median is 4.8, 1 sit at 4.5 or above and 0 below 3.0. A review score says who collects reviews, not who tests, which is why it sits next to a certificate and never instead of one.

An amylin analogue that exists mainly as half of a combination. Novo Nordisk developed cagrilintide to be given with semaglutide as CagriSema. PubMed indexes 117 papers and 18 clinical-trial reports; all 44 registered trials on ClinicalTrials.gov are Novo Nordisk's.
Filed, not approved. Novo Nordisk submitted CagriSema to the FDA in December 2025 on the REDEFINE 1 and 2 trials, in which the combination produced a mean 22.7% weight reduction at 68 weeks; a head-to-head trial against tirzepatide did not show non-inferiority. No regulator had approved it as of September 2026.
Cagrilintide alone has no approved use anywhere. A UK vial of cagrilintide is a copy of an investigational molecule; the only checkable fact about it is a certificate that names the seller and verifies on the laboratory's site.

The Peptide Watch's position on Cagrilintide
Cagrilintide is a regulated medicine. The Peptide Watch audits research-peptide sellers and does not rank or recommend anywhere to buy Cagrilintide; this page exists so the verification standard is clear. If you can verify a seller's testing, you can at least judge its evidence; if you cannot, you are trusting marketing on a regulated medicine sold outside its licensed supply chain. See how UK research-peptide testing stacks up in the market statistics.
Research-use-only information, not medical, dosing or purchasing advice. The Peptide Watch sells nothing and links to no seller. A certificate proves a sample was tested once, not that a specific vial matches it.
